How to enable dynamic coa for Aurion's dynasty in vanilla?

Testing it out, it seems not to actually change the CoA if the dynasty is dead. Like if you manually edit the save files because ruler designer lacks the means to connect to a dynasty, it won't change the CoA even if its coded into it.

Tried that with Blackfyre once when the dynasty members were all dead.

Probably because there is no character to have the dynasty flag saying they have a unique dynamic coa to be set on so it doesn't ever get checked
