Hi,
I'm playing a Messalian King. I obtained Rome, made the church holding the county capital, gave the county to a Messalian priest, who is also my Patriarch. The Messalian priest is thus the current county holder of Rome, but she doesn't appear in the Pentarch list. Why?
Cheers,
S.p.

You may need to have more global provinces be Messalian than Nestorian, which means Messalian will replace Nestorianism as the main branch, and making nestorian a heresy

There aren't a lot of Messalian provinces currently, but they're more numerous than Nestorian provinces, and the Messalian Moral Authority is also higher. Actually, since the Roman Papacy was destroyed, the Messalian faith is probably one of the most authoritative Christian branches in the game right now.
