I hope you can help! How can i play EU over the internet??
Can join an open game or do i have do find persons who want to start a new game??
Plz help me!!

With EU you have to find people willing to play, fix a time, exchange IP numbers etc.
I would suggest you post in the multiplayer forum which is where I am moving this post.

With EU2 you can find an open game via a dedicated server reachable thro the software
