How to get other nations.

I dont know if this hs been figured out but i just did. In scenarios you can play as minor nations like Kazan and Barvia insted of France or Prussia.

Ok open a scenario on Wordpad or Textpad.

Pick any Nation like England.

It will look something like this.

ENG = {

scenariotactics = "ENG_GC_HISTDESC"
countrytactics = "ENG_GC_VPTACTIC"

numcolonies = 0
numtradingposts = 0
numgold = 500


And replace ENG with any country intictals. like ''SUD'' (Nubia)
Then when you pick the Scenario The country you replaced will be able to be played.

Yes, it seems to be some bug, but it is interesting looking at what the AI's done. 200th post !!!

I think it was a bug from the beginning but since it's a good thing they decided to look at it as a feature instead.

But the simplest way to play any nation of your choice has to be by use of the IGC.

It sure caught me by surprise when I was playing the Iroquois in Fantasia, opened a saved GC game and found out who I was!
