I have an elevator connected to my life support grids on both maps. I have several good wells underground. Wells underground are not producing at capacity. The elevator is sending some, but not consistently enough, water to the surface. At most it sends the bare minimum required to the surface (never fills tanks). I want the wells underground to produce at capacity until surface tanks are filled. How do?
