How to make a province core in an event

I have an event where I want one of the choices to be annexation of a province that is already occupied and controlled by the choosing country. In the scenario set-up, this is the core province of another country, but I would like to set the province to now *also* be the core province of the occupier. Is this possible? I can't find and sort of 'addcore' command.

Have you tried command = { type = addcore which = [province id] }?
