Hi, so i made this mod New Ruler Selector .
Could someone maybe even a Paradox member tell me why CK3 DNA is not compatible with Vic3? thought it was the same engine and looking at the files it seemed similar. So if not compatible how can i make a DNA .txt file without CK3 ruler maker?
