How to open console command?

Hey,
Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn't find it anywhere.
In vanilla ck2 i open the console command with the button to the left of "1" and above the tabulator key. That button does not work in this mod, is there another key or fix to get it to work?
Submods i use are congenital overhaul and the "Unitpacks adapted for GoT" submod.

Try Alt + 21

"You can open it by typing a section sign § or grave accent ` (on US keyboards, with ~, to the left of 1).

If your keyboard does not have either of these keys, you can use your operating system's alternate input methods to "type" one of these characters. On Windows, Alt+21 using the NumPad enters a §. On Mac, ⌥ Opt+6 enters a §".
