how to set time limit off?

i would like to set my time limit off cuz i want to play more than 1947, can any1 tell me where to change it? i have tried to edit my saved game and enddate in campaign file but it doesnt work, can any1 help me?

*edit: setting my saved game data in 1837 dont let me move some troops and my buildings will never ends so i have to rebuild

If you look through some of the other threads, there is probably a no timelimit mod out there. At CORE we have no plans to implement a no timelimit solution. Sorry I don't have a specific solution. MDow

There actually is one in the Sticky-thread called Downloads (top of the stickies) in the main Hearts of Iron 2 forum, posted by Havard. Take a look there. I have no idea if it works with the save game though, or if you have to restart. But then again, as MDow said, CORE won't be supporting it anyway.

We've never supported the no time limit MOD, nor do we have any plans to start doing so now. We work only with the base HoI1 exe file, which is modified by the NTL mod. We don't muck with that sort of thing, nor do we support it.
