There is a bug in the forum which hides posts which have no new posts within the last year.
There is actually a Guides to Modding thread which is pinned, but you may not be able to see it.
To see it:
Go to the bottom of the page in Modifications, see the Display Options in the centre?
Choose show only developer posts. This will remove most stuff immediately.
NOW untick it, and you will be able to view the Guides to Modding Tutorials forum thread.
