To avoid support issues in the main forum, here is a refresher on how to file tech support/bug reports;
Please do not post such in the main forum but rather in the corresponding Bug report subforum with the requested attached files, or by clicking Customer support at the top of the forum to file a zendesk support ticket (but not both). When posting in the Bug support subforum please make your own new Bug thread for your issue rather than only commenting on another community members thread.

Please do not do both. Support staff will assist as soon as they are able. Please keep in mind that while everyone empathises with the frustration of technical issues, support staff's waking hours may differ from your own due to time zones, and we humans all need sleep: so do they.

Please note that you must log in to access both avenues. If you are having an issue please double check that you have logged in.
Also, if you haven't yet please double check that you have synced your account.

If you have experienced a crash there is also a crash reporter BattleTechLauncher.exe in the same folder as the game .exe that will send the crash report and associated data to the devs.

Please remember that Modding is not supported and is at your own risk. Some issues may be linked to previous modding.

If you don't have output logs, please post whatever you do have in that attachment even if it's just an image.

Though please keep in mind, you will be asked for any missing logs to be able to move forward with support.
