How to use mods?

Hey everyone, I see there are some mods available or Surviving Mars, I downloaded a few of them but I'm having trouble figuring out how to install them. This is my first and only paradox game. When I open the game nothing shows in the installed mod list. How do I go about installing the mods?

I've found the same issue and I'm on PC, according to the PDX Mod page I have them enabled, but they don't show up via the in-game mod menu, nor can I find them in the build menu.

Steam or Paradox Plaza version? You have to log in with your PDX Account for the Plaza version. Steam downloads them if you Subscribe from the Steam Workshop and you just enable them from the Mod Manager at the Main Menu.
