HRE borders (religion screen)

How can i change the borders of the HRE? I want to add a couple of provinces but can't find out in which file(s) it has to be done.

In province.csv, there is a HRE column. 0 means outside the HRE, 1 means inside, simple as that.

Are you serious!! It's that easy!!! I was always told the HRE was "hard coded" and "could not be edited"!!!

Effects and rules of HRE are hardcoded, not the borders.

The HRE borders became softcoded in 1.08, when user-made maps were just getting going.
