HUD dissapears and cannot do anything except force quit the game (exit through steam/ALT + F4)

did not work.... also some HUD mods i've tried to delete did also do nothing

Thank you for the report. If you are disabling all mods, are you still having this issue?
To disable mods,pPlease try adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
