Hungarian migration does not trigger correctly when set to occur between 890 and 910

Description​

If the game settings have Hungarian migration set to Historical (i.e. not immediate), it will not trigger correctly. War leader will not Almos Arpad, but some some random count, I'm not sure how he's selected and why.

Steps to reproduce​

Set the game rule for Hungarian migration to be not immediate as by default, but happen shortly after the game start (890-910 period) and wait.
