Hunt event shows wrong event screen

Description​

I have started a Hunt event in the Duchy of Sfax. On arrival, the first screen I'm shown is the conclusion screen of a pilgrimage (see screenshot). Note that the title of the screen says "Hunt: Conclusion", while the text refers to my first pilgrimage (this is also not correct, as this character has already made at least one pilgrimage).
Note also the Hunt icon in the lower left corner, indicating that this is a hunt event.

On clicking the only option "Sfax, it has been an honor", the normal starting screen for the hunt event appears immediately.

Steps to reproduce​

Sorry, I have no idea how to reproduce it. I have attached a save file.
