I just downloaded CK2 on my Mac since I heard it was free, and now I don't think I can use it. I opened it up and the text was too small. Fine, whatever, so I turned off fullscreen hoping the smaller window would make it a little bigger. Now all it shows is the southwest corner of the screen and the tutorial window that pops up when you first open the game. I can't interact with anything, including the zoom now. Is there any fix to this?

Please delete the file Documents/paradox/ck2/settings.txt , which will get the settings back to defaults including fullScreen.
On the game's Video options there is a slider for UI scale, you can use that to change the UI and fonts sizes on the screen. Usually somewhere between 1.2 and 1.5 is about right.
