I cannot get access to paradox server

I got this game from steam by redeem code, then i bind this account with steam, i also found games in website, but i cannot get access to paradox server in game. i didn't find my games in paradox launcher either.
i've tried VPN, changes the network connection and also reinstall it, but they didn't work. Anybody can help or where can i get connected with official?

I don't fully understand this, what exactly is the issue? You redeemed the game on Steam > installed it > then what? If you get an error please provide a screenshot.

hello there, now i cannot get connected to paradox server, and just now i described where i got the game. And well i'm surely get connected to the network.

Hey i just found this question and a friend of mine has the same problem since 2 days now. You got any idea what we can do to fix it ?
