I cannot host a feast or a hunt for 360 years

Description​

If I want to host a feast or a hunt, I cannot do that for several centuries, pilgrimage works. It doesn't say anything else except that I cannot perform this action for another 360 years. Game save might look a little weird as I removed all the mods I've been using.

Steps to reproduce​

Sadly I do not know how to reproduce it as it just appeared out of nowhere.
