I bought stellaris and many of the dlcs on my xbox whilst I was playing on my series x and I would like to play stellaris with those dlcs on my laptop now. Every time I try to link my xbox account it says that another paradox account already has my account linked to it. I have no memory of ever making a different paradox account. Is there any way I can fix this?

Firstly, so far as I know you cannot play console games on your PC, unless MS have specifically allowed that - you might ask them. If not, I'm afraid you'd have to buy them again.
But yes, that error means exactly what you say - that Xbox account is linked to another Paradox account already. If you can't find it lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com and supply there what emails you might have used for that other account. Ideally you'd also supply your Xbox account number, which is like this:

Now i don't know where exactly you can find that number in your Xbox account, so you may have to ask their support about that too. But that is the unique ID we use to link.
