I had an old paradox account registered on an email that i lost access to. So i logged in on paradox plaza, changed my email and password to another and confirmed it. Then I went to paradox help center site, logged in using my new email and password. Everything's been fine so far. But then, as i proceeded to create a support ticket, it said "You have an unconfirmed email address (which is obviously not true, as i just successfully used it to log into my account)". Then i went into settings on paradox help center site and it showed that my email was still my old email that i lost my access to. Tried changing it to my new email, but it said, this email is already in use. Tried changing it to another email, but as i tried to confirm it, it didn't work and said "403 forbidden action". So I have no idea, why my same account has a different/unconfirmed email on paradox help site rather than paradoxplaza... I just needed to make a support ticket because i wanted to delete my account. I have no idea what to do in this situation, can someone help me out? By the way, i registered a new account to post this, i want to delete my old one.
