I've already tried reinstalling it, it didn't work.
On a fresh install it will launch the launcher and the game, but it'll crash when the loading is at 20% percent (first time maybe 50, 60?) and will not let me launch launcher and just say "This app can't open", I don't know what to do, i've searched online and found nothing useful. Please help.
If you need to know what the error log says or something, tell me.

I installed Visual Studio X86 and X64. Kept it at fullscreen borderless (as it said), and it still didn't work.
That really looks like a Windows or MS store/Xbox app issue, I have to say. But let's see what we can do if anything.
