I can't use heightmaps?

When I click the "Import Heightmap" button in the map editor it doesn't do anything. I've already made sure the file is in the right folder, and it was produced using terrain.party so I don't know what's wrong, but it should be noted that I don't even get a menu when I click the button so I suspect it may be a bug.

It's the wrong folder for now because it seems bugged.

The one that works atm for W7 and 8 is "your windows install drive:\Users\Your username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\MapEditor\Heightmaps"

You can navigate there in-game by clicking the folder looking icon when you've opened the window after clicking "Import Heightmap" in Map Editor.
Clicking that will pop up your windows explorer and the folder. Drag and drop.

Weird. It does for me. Got one heightmap from terrain.party and placed one of the .pngs there.

I'm having this same issue. Importing / exporting was working fine earlier, suddenly when I click the buttons I don't even get the menu :/

Press 1, 2. Then 3 pops up. Move your png there (copypaste, drag...). Then go back to the game and import. That one is straight from terrain.party, the Merged one, and it did work.

You're not understanding the issue. The menus do not show up when you push the import or export buttons, therefore it is impossible to press "1", "2", or "3".

Weird. Just as randomly as my menu disappeared, it showed back up again. Importing / exporting now works as it should, for me at least...

Still no response? It's like Jerrr said, the menu doesn't pop up, as can be seen in my screenshot. I now realize that it is most definitely a bug in the game. When can I expect a fix?

amd a10-7850k (kaveri)
8 gb ram
win 7

the game runs on fullscreen, 1920x1080

Please someone from CO or Paradox show up

EDIT: It turns out there's a workaround; disable all Steam Workshop content. I'm not sure what the reason is, but one or more of the mods/assets/etc. is causing the problem.
