I didn't receive Colossus of the South DLC even though I have expansion pass.

As you can see Expansion Pass is available for me to buy again because I don't have the DLC. Also it's free because I already bought it.

I can't add it to my account for free it gives an error.

Please can you help me.

Problem getting "Colossus of the South" on Steam

When I try to claim it it says "There was a problem adding this product to your account. Please try again later." despite owning the expansion pass, is it bugged for me and are there any work arounds or am I cursed to buy it despite already...
