I have renamed the launcher-v2.sqlite and it didn't help and I have deleted the file it didn't help

Every time I launch game, it took forever to load the launcher and I get notificiation from my antivirus that unautorized changes has been block. I try to allow the changes, but when I open my antivirus, I get zero option to allow file to go through. I only got blank page.

You're using OneDrive and this sometimes messes up the launcher. Try the following:
  1. Exit Steam completely
  2. Go to Add/Remove programs in Windows
  3. Uninstall Paradox Launcher (if there are several, remove them all)
  4. Disable OneDrive (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0)
  5. Restart your PC and check that OneDrive is still disabled
  6. Start Steam
  7. Launch CKIII, this will trigger the launcher to install on your C: instead and should hopefully resolve the issue

You'll need to contact your AV app's vendor support to sort that out - it is pretty clearly the problem here. Good luck!

PS: The most common cause of this game failing to start since the recent 1.14.3 patch is Avast, Norton's, Sophos or AVG antivirus (at least!) blocking the updated ck3.exe .
