here is a idea for a game. a game based off of that which sleeps. which was supposed to be a grand strategy game where you were a eldritch god

I think what they were trying to convey is that someone previously announced intentions to make a game based on that topic/idea but was really just running a scam and they're now suggesting Paradox take it up as a good idea for a GSG.
