I have a stuttering issue in my game

Whenever I try to play the game, the game keeps stuttering, wether it is moving my mouse/moving camera or any action for the matter, it stutters. Its weird since I have a constant 100-200 fps in game. I tried multiple "fixes" I found on steam forums (Pause music, remove sound, log off from the launcher...) but it keeps happening even after reinstalling. Plz help

Has this always happened? Or it used to be okay up to some point?


DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

It never happened before but it looks like its working now after 3 days lol. So no errors were detected. If it ever appears i'll make sure to post it with the files.
