s everyone knows, after joining a faction block, if a country holds more than 20% of the faction's prestige, it will enter a "power struggle" state. If this state is maintained for 12 months, the country can usurp the position of the faction block leader.

The problem lies in three points:

1) In the game, "leverage through diplomatic treaties" is expressed as "charging slowly over time."

2) The faction block leader is not affected by leverage under any circumstances.

3) The combination of points 1 and 2 means that once the player usurps the position, the original faction leader's influence becomes negative, triggering the withdrawal condition. As a result, the original faction leader immediately exits the power blocs.

I am unsure if this is a bug, an intended mechanic, or a system flaw, but it doesn't seem intentional from my perspective, so I am posting this here for discussion.
I would like to suggest that after usurping the faction leader position through a power struggle, a 1-year withdrawal ban period be applied to the original leader.
I also considered submitting this as a bug report, but it feels a bit ambiguous, so I’m posting it on the general board instead. There is a 'Suggestion' board, but it seems no one checks it.

Completely unrelated to the main issue, the reason I feel this is not intended by the developers is that after Prussia's annexation, it is relatively easy for Prussia to prevent a member from leaving. After the player gains mutual investment rights, if they build structures in Prussia's territory and increase economic dependence, "economic dependence is not leverage created through diplomatic treaties," meaning that it immediately turns the leverage into a positive one. As a result, Prussia becomes unable to leave the union.

Even countries like Vietnam and Chosen can usurp it just by joining!
