I know Steam is hated on around here but...how do I install a mod on steam?

I've put the Anglo Saxon mod folder in my mod folder and it hasnt appeared on the game launcher,have I missed something?



Also if I had actually known of Gamegates existence before I bought CK2 I would have got it via there....so don't lynch me please.

Do you have the mod file in the mod folder as well?

I think there's no reason why it wouldn't work on steam. Did you put the *.mod file in the mod folder too?

Nothing wrong with Steam, please ignore the loud-mouths.

Anyway, it's the same as all other games from Paradox, put the mod file and folder into \mod

If it doesn't show you most likly forgot the .mod file.

Sorry what's the .mod file?
I've put everything in the Saxon England download into the mod folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\crusader kings ii\mod\Saxon England

It looks like a media file, it's supposed to be next to the folder Saxon England, not in it.
