I didn't have the prerequisites for the "great shipyard" and where you can get Latin tech group, because the events don't have a deathdate, just a date to get it by or you never will... Why don't they all have a 1819 deathdate? So they have a minimum time, but you don't have to do things at just such and such a time to get it etc.
 
This is a great idea. I support an 1819 deathdate.

These events were written before it was known that no deathdate meant that there was only one chance to fulfill the requirements.
