I purchased the "ultimate content" for my PS4+. They took my money but no features were added at all.

I decided to unlock remaining features of my game for PS4 pro, with "ultimate content". This now appears as a purchased item, but: All of the DLC that should be included are still shown with a price to pay, and absolutely no new content is available when I start the game. Basically: They stole my money! Please fix this bug ASAP.

I thought this was the support page for skylines on PlayStation. Is there another place I should file this? I found a playstation 4 support page, logged onto that, but there is absolutely no support available, just some chat bot asking you to read the web pages. When you ask for an agent it tells you "i'm sorry". So, yes I tried that now and there is no way to obtain support from paystation at all.

Addition notes: Before posting here, I already tried any workarounds I could find, such as "restore licences" but that didn't help.

It is indeed PSN's job to get your purchases from their store onto your PS4 - we are not involved in that process. However they often push affected users back to us for some reason, so here is what I've found usually helps:


First go into your PSN account online. Do you see the passses OR the individual DLCs listed there as you owning them? If so you need to hit DOWNLOAD on each one to install it on your PS4.

If that's not the issue, did you buy your base game on a DVD? If so the most likely problem is it has a different Sony region than the PSN store you bought the passes from. If that's the case you'll need to contact PSN support and swap the passes for ones from the PSN store that matches the Sony region of your DVD.
