Description of problem
Peace Settlements: Program is Annexing Territory to Primary Nation (Rome) Slated to be Annexed by Client State

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was warring in Gaul and Iberia in order to annex tribes with client states and I'm inexplicably taking territory myself that I didn't ask for in the peace settlement. The territories I'm taking are also ~not~ adjacent to my territories (which I thought was impossible). Here's what I did:
1. Conquer various territories.
2. Transfer occupation to one of my client states.
3. Choose to annex the various provinces and cede them ~to my client state~.
The result:
I ended up taking 4 provinces myself as Rome that I had slated to be annexed by a client state which incurred me 29 AE I hadn't planned for (see images for buggy annexations circled in yellow).
I'm not sure how much use it may be to you, but I was livestreaming when the bugs fired so you can see them as they happen. Here's the link:
