Carthage Mission iberian Riches not working

The Carthage Mission "Iberian Riches" in the Iberian Struggle Mission Tree is not working. The mission states that after a year, you will get a claim on all Mastria, Begastrum, Ficariensis Locus, and Longuntica. However, once the year passes, you do not get the casus belli/claim on Bastetania which owns Begastrum, Ficariensis Locus, and Longuntica. Even though the claim/casus belli shows up in the Carthage diplomacy screen, when you go to the Bastetania diplomacy screen and select declare war, it will say you have no claims/casus belli. What is stranger is that the adjacent mission Contestanian Hinterlands which gives a claim on all provinces in Contestinia Meridionalis, does work and you get the claim/casus belli in the diplomacy war screen, could you please get this fixed as soon as possible as it is ruining my enjoyment of this game and halted my progress, thank you
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start Iberian Struggle mission tree
Start Iberian Riches Mission
Wait 1 Year to get claims
Then go to Bastetania diplomacy screen
You will not get any claim/casus belli option in the diplomacy war screen, with only the show superiority option available to declare war
