commander of Levy is apparently naked in the portrait screen

Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
this seems to be a graphical bug that happens when a character takes on a military role and change their robes for a cultural appropiate armor, i can only asume that children dont have a change of clothes for military affairs so the game bugs out
Steps to reproduce the issue.
in a monarchy goverment type nation raise the levies of your capital region and then have your nation leader die while your heir is a minor (age below 16)
