Crash-to-Desktop when clicking the diplomacy icon after interacting with a barbarian army if that army no longer exists

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This bug also affects the game without mods. After interacting with a barbarian army through the diplomacy window, then closing the window and defeating the barbarian army in battle, then clicking the diplomacy icon, there is a crash to desktop.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Click on a barbarian army to bring up the diplomacy window. Then close the window. Do not open diplomacy again until defeating that barbarian army in battle. Then click the diplomacy icon on the sidebar.
