Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had an event where my ruler was murdered. I force quit and when I came back my ruler wasn't dead anymore, but not my ruler anymore; Heir took over. He ages, can be interacted with, but is nowhere in the succession. I do not know if he will die.
It is the second time that happened, but the first time there was a mod. This time it's the same, but without.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get your ruler murdered.
The save file is a few ingame years after the event (the preceding ruler was the older brother of the current king. He was 50 +- 1 Year at the time)
