Description of problem
"Entice Governor" action doesn't reset ownership of holdings in the stolen territory. These holdings join civil war in former kingdom.

What game version are you running?
2.0.3

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you steal provinces through the "entice governor" action the holdings all stay with the heads of families in the former kingdom. This means that you cannot give or revoke those holdings, because they belong to foreigners. Most importantly, those holdings are still considered part of the powerbase for those foreign families, meaning that in a civil war, those holdings become part of the rebellious territory in a civil war that you are not involved in. When they are retaken by the former kingdom their control reverts to that kingdom and not to you.

Mods used: Invictus (1.1.1a); 2.0 Better UI; plus some minor personal tweaks to levy composition for the "east levantine" culture group.
(I've tried loading the save without these mods and the game instantly crashes)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
At save file start, my ruler is friends with governor of Assyria and the province of Corduene is ready to steal. Seleukid Kingdom is on verge of civil war. The province of Assyria was previously stolen from the Seleukids, but all the holdings in that province still belong to the Seleukid king. These holdings cannot be revoked. All the holdings in Corduene belong to a rebellious family in the Seleukid kingdom.

Immediately use the "entice" action to steal the province of Corduene. This will make upcoming civil war more certain to occur (it is less likely to occur if you wait). All the holdings in that province are now held by a foreign family that is close to rebellion. When the civil war starts, those territories will join the rebels. When the Seleukids retake those territories, they will become part of the Seleukid Kingdom, instead of reverting to your control.

Before, during, and after the civil war, none of these holdings can be revoked from their foreign owners or handed out to nobles in your own kingdom. I haven't played the file long enough to find whether my nobles are able to scheme to steal the holdings from their foreign owners.
