Game CTD after mousing over 3-4 tooltips. This happens both when doing the tutorial (when on the step that suggests looking at the different resources), and also during game selection (after a few different tooltips appeared when looking at one's country).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Mouse over 3-4 different tooltips.
