Description of problem
I:R Game hanging/freezing frequently when using the Corsair K55 Keyboard
What game version are you running?
2.0.3
What platform are you playing on?
Steam
Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack
Do you have mods enabled?
No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When using the Corsair K55 keyboard with Imperator Rome, the game will frequently freeze and refuse to work for multiple minutes every few minutes, the only way to fix this is to entirely unplug the keyboard physically, and then plug it back in AFTER launching the game, this fixes the issue temporarily (for the duration of your game session). DxDiag (at least for me) will also spit out a "DirectInput Error" and will not allow you to check for input errors because of it
Note: This does appear to be a keyboard issue, not a Paradox issue, however I cannot confirm this, as I don't have any other games aside from I:R (and possibly CK3) which have this issue, but, looking at Corsair's forums, this happens to many games, and they refuse to do anything about it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Plug in a Corsair K55 keyboard, (and the Corsair HARPOON mouse, assuming the keyboard by itself doesn't present the issue) then install drivers and iCUE, after loading up (or sometimes even during loading up) after a few minutes the game should completely lock up for multiple minutes, before returning to usable
