Description of problem
Incorrect fleet strength in 'Imminent Battle' tooltip (enemy fleet doubled)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My Fleet comprises 99 ships; 56/42/1.
Enemy Fleet comprises 66 ships; 30/33/2/1.
Imminent Battle tooltip shows enemy fleet as containing 60/66/4/2. (double what it actually is)
Because of this the tooltip also thinks "They have a stronger fleet", and consequently believes the outcome to be only 'might win'.
A few game ticks after unpausing, the tooltip corrected itself.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
No idea, I was just playing the game normally, pausing frequently to be able to chase down the Egyptian fleet.
Prior naval engagements in this war had been fine.
