King and tribe leaders leading different cohorts in different places at the same time

What game version are you running?
2.0.1

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm in a game as Zanthia (Parthian tribe), but this has already happened to me as Parnia too, and I noticed that my king and other generals were leading the cohorts in the capital region (Scythia) and the one in the other region (Parthia) at the same time. with me being able to send a cohort led by my king to Qom and the other cohort to Persepolis and was able to get the loot event at the same time

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game with Parnia or Zanthia, mobilize the levies and see the generals

Levies are supposed to be led by the governor of the region. If you divide the levy into smaller ones, the governor will lead all of them at the same time. At least this is what I have experimented and it is the game state as for today.

these levies are from different regions, they were to be different leaders. And they were not divided, they are mobilized like that

A tribe has the ‘retinues’ led by each clan leader. Could be this the case?

I would avoid the term "retinues", as those was the name of their personal troops before 2.0 - and those are gone. Instead, now a tribes rised levies get distributed among the clan chiefs evenly, resulting in something very similar to the retinues we had before.

Interesting is though the question whether you can combine those levies under the one command - the DD introducing levies mentioned that (for a loyalty cost):

Clan chiefs not leading an army (for instance if you wish to merge your tribal levies, or if their army was destroyed) when you are at war will get a sharp loyalty penalty since they are not allowed to act out their authority like they expect.

But according to the wiki ( https://imperator.paradoxwikis.com/Army#Levies ) and various post on the forum this isn't allowed or at least not consistently/comfortably working.

This should be implemented for tribes by default and then split between clan leaders.

Something similar to this other thread is advocating in the suggestion forum, more appropiate than this forum.

OP @Luizinhoofoda is this your case and thus this bug report thread can be closed?
