Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Completed the last mission for Macecon where the league of Corinth is created and released as feudatory state.

Problem is after completing the mission the league of Corinth was indeed created out of all my (many) territories and subjects in Greece, but instead of a feudatory it was granted independence.

Needless to say I quitted the game in frustration right after that.

I was playing ironman in case that is relevant.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Complete first mission tree for Macedon (new DLC content)
2. Create the league of Corinth as independent nation
3. Quit in frustration

Same Problem here. 1 Day after forming the League of Corinth (or Korinthos) with the Mission, the formed county lost its Feudatory... Very frustrating!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just play the attached savegame (2_days_before_bug_Macedon_leaque_of_corinth.rome) for 3 days.

One save file is before the start of the Mission (just click the mission task and wait). The other file is 2 days before the final "absorbing event" is triggered. In both cases my subject Tegea is annexing all the subjects, and become my Feudatory, but losing it exact 1 day after. I think it has something to do with forming the actual League of Corinth

It seems this bug is caused by having a Client State somewhere in the area that would become the League of Corinth. I ran into this after demanding conquered cities become clients and selling them free land to meet the 3 subjects/3 territories criteria to launch the mission task. I was able to scum out of the bug by canceling all client states after launching the mission task to create the league (which was then formed from only the remaining Macedon-controlled territories and Korinth).
 
I just did this in 2.0.3 and when I took the mission, they were released as an independent nation HOWEVER, without unpausing, I was able to immediately request that they become a client state and they accepted. It's not perfect but it sort of achieved the end goal. Just wanted to share my experience.

This is less of a bug issue, and more of a design gripe, but in general I hate the missions that result in releasing vassals. This one in particular is poor because with the new levies system a swarm of feudatories are much stronger and easier to integrate than one large feudatory that has to deal with like 6 different Greek cultures
