Map is being rendering incorrectly.

Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The map is being rendered incorrectly. There are sea 'squares' where there should be land and vice versa.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I uninstalled then reinstalled the game on Steam. Bug occurred again in the same manner.
