Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Creating the Pan-Hellenic League destroys all religious relics from annexed states; cannot complete the Anthropologica decision because of it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Use the Pan-Hellenic League decision to integrate all Greek States; I suspect something similar happens with other nation formation decisions that annex territory.
