Problems with tooltips in the german version of the game

What game version are you running?
2.0.1 german language

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The tooltips for population and religion are not displayed, instead you can see parts of the programming code. I have attached pictures of the places where the problem arises.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just start the game with german language (i don't know if it's only like this in the german version)

I also see the same tooltip problems.
And I am pretty sure in 2.0 it was ok and only introduced in 2.01
