Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On random monthly ticks, the provincial capital moves to the territory with the highest population. Basically, every time I move the capital, it moves back, after a couple of months. (And this is in peacetime)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Move the provincial capital to your favorite territory and see it move again.

Can confirm, was just going to bug post myself. I made Salernum the Roman provincial capitol of Lucania, and it randomly moved inland to Compsa without my authorization or even any notification. I just happened to look down there randomly and was like "WTF when did this happen???"

Not random. It always move to the highest pop territory and after a peace deal.
