Traits can go out of bounds in UI.

Steam

What game version are you running?
1.0.0

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While playing as Adiabene, characters with more than 8 traits have their traits show outside the boundaries.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Click characters button -> show characters -> order by traits.
