Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was in a war with Cartague and they completely destroyed my only Legion (Punic law enacted). After that, I am not ablew to re-raise it or disband it, basically I have a 0 maintenance 0 power legion that can't be found anywhere in the map with some generals in it
