I modding the game for a couple of years now, and I always searching for useful programs for it. I found the "Clausewitz Scenario Editior" program, but I would like to use other programs too. I dont know where can I found of theese. Is there any links for the modding programs?

For EUIII, i don't quite recall, to be honest. For events and decisions, you can use Notepad++ or SublimeText, in which you can add "languages" allowing you to colour bits of text, allowing for at least partial script debugging.

Wait, can you tell me more about Clausewitz? I am getting started on modding and this would be really helpful :)
The Clausewitz Scenario Editor, by MichaelM, allows you to edit the history files quite easily. I've been using it for a deacade or so (don't recall when it was first released).
