I uninstalled 1 mod and after reloading the game a screen pops up and when i click on continue or on the X nothing happens but when i go to Quit Game

I uninstalled 1 mod and after reloading the game a screen pops up and when i click on continue or on the X nothing happens but when i go to Quit Game then the game actually closes

Steps to reproduce​

I Installed a mod and then needed to restart. After the restart i deleted one mod i didnt wanted and restarted again. In the game the screen was there and i cant do anything now
